Lighting the Future: MezLight at ACS Clinical Congress 2025
From October 4-7, thousands of surgeons will gather in Chicago for the ACS Clinical Congress 2025 — and MezLight will be there to shine a new light on the OR.
Why We're Excited
ACSCC is one of the premier surgical meetings in the world, and it's the perfect stage to show surgeons what happens when you rethink surgical lighting. Surgeons know the struggle with illumination in the operating room. Headlights that cause discomfort, overhead lights that can't reach the area you need to see, and long cases that take a toll on the body. MezLight was created by a surgeon for surgeons to solve both challenges with a sterile, reusable, flexible task light that is not attached to your head.
Hands-On Experience
We're especially honored to participate in the Surgical Ergonomics Hands-On Clinic sponsored by the ACS Division of Education's Surgical Ergonomics Committee. Surgeons will get the chance to try MezLight for themselves and see how a sterile, flexible, hands-free light supports surgeon wellness and reduces strain during long procedures. Ergonomics isn't just comfort — it's critical for surgeon longevity and patient outcomes.
